IELTS -
International English Language Testing System,
or IELTS, is the most popular
English language
test which is accepted worldwide.
This test provides an internationally recognized measure of
candidate’s ability on a 9 Band scale, across the four skills of reading, writing, listening and
speaking. It is
accepted by over 10,000 organizations in 140 countries,
including schools,
universities, employers, immigration authorities and professional bodies. This test is taken to
demonstrate English language proficiency for higher education and global migration.

Over 3 million tests are taken each year by the candidates across the world. There are two
versions of the test to choose from:
General Training and Academic Training.

standardized test having a fixed format and a same criterion of assessment. The result is given

days
after the completion of the test.
Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program, or CELPIP, is a complete English
language testing program for permanent residency in Canada. It is an
alternative means for
Express Entry candidates
and applicants to other Canadian economic immigration programs.
The test is administered by Paragon Testing Enterprises, a subsidiary of the University of British
Columbia (UBC). The test is
completely computer-delivered,
providing test takers an
opportunity to complete all test components in
one test sitting,
with no additional
appointments or interviews.

The results of the CELPIP Test are available online in 8 business days. Test takers can also choose to add Express Rating so that scores are available online in just three business days.
Pearson Test of English Academic, or PTE, is the world’s leading computer-based test of English for studying abroad and immigration. Pearson Language Tests is a unit of the Pearson PLC group, dedicated to assessing and validating the English language usage of non-native English speakers. The test is based on the real-life English skills, using academically relevant tasks and measuring skills in an integrated way. The test’s 100% computer-based marking ensures all test takers are scored impartially and accurately. It is approved for all Australian and New Zealand student visa and migration applications. The test is taken globally over 360 days of the year in over 200 test centers around the world.
